General Notes:
- Roles may be combined if situation allows, e.g. meeting control and presentation, but be aware of interference, e.g. interruptions in presentation
- Roles may be omitted if situation allows, e.g. no presentation given, with audio connections being addressed by room monitor or meeting organizer
- Computers may be set up and left unattended if situation allows, e.g. Room Monitor, but presenter should me acutely aware of camera location, e.g. not walk off camera
- Complicated settings or lack of resources may require listen-only participation by virtual attendees, clarify at the beginning of the meeting
- Physical attendees can attend virtually, e.g. to have better view of presentation, but MUST BE MUTED AND SILENCED to avoid feedback noise, advise audience and let prepare BEFORE meeting start
- Presenters can attend virtual, with Room Monitor or Meeting Organizer providing microphone and speaker audio connection, DO NOT SEPARATE MIC AND SPEAKER ASSIGNMENTS, computer 2 obsolete
